Here are some frequently asked questions regarding our summer arts camp. If you have a question that is not listed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.
Do I have to pay for summer camp in full or can I pay each week?
No. You do not have to pay for the full month of camp upfront. However, at the time of registration, you must pay the nonrefundable registration fee to hold your child's spot. The weekly fee must be paid on or before the Friday before the week, you plan to attend.
My child cannot attend the full month of June, can we just attend a week or two of camp?
Yes. While we suggest (and would like) your child to experience the full month of our summer arts camp it is not required. But if you plan to attend only a week or two or three, you certainly have that option.
Is lunch provided during camp or do I need to pack my child's lunch?
TBA. In our previous camps, we have been able to provide lunch for our campers. We are not sure if that will be an option this year, but we will definitely let you know as soon as possible.
My child is only attending camp for 2 weeks, do I still have to pay the full fee for registration?
Yes. Even if you plan to participate in only a week or two of camp you must still pay the entire registration fee. The registration fee covers the cost of your camp t-shirt and a few of the field trips we may go on.
My child is on the waitlist, when will we be able to register for camp?
Our waitlist is on a first-come first serve basis. When or if a space becomes available we will notify you via email. You will then have 24 hours to register your child and pay your weekly fee. If we do not hear from you within 24 hrs. we will remove your name and move on the to next student on our list.
